Brent BOSS

Brent Council

This was an assessment of the effectiveness of the existing operational functions of Brent BOSS, a construction one-stop shop that assists service users with job-search services and pays for tests to get into the construction industry. Inclusion conducted desk and on-site research, sending out a snap survey to stakeholders, and facilitating a staff away day to meet the objectives of the project.

Inclusion delivered the City Strategy Learning Network on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions, to stimulate new thinking and support pathfinder areas by building capacity and promoting best practice.

Inclusion was commissioned to help Wandsworth Council develop its employment and skills strategy and define targets.

Local Borough of Enfield

Enfield Council asked Inclusion to provide a comprehensive evidence base of the labour market conditions in the borough and to use this evidence to inform an action plan of interventions that will increase the borough’s employment rate, increase skill levels and meet the emerging needs of employers.

Working with Amion Consulting, Inclusion have provided an employment and skills strategy for Liverpool City Council.

Inclusion was commissioned to co-ordinate the final evaluation of the SRB progamme in Waterloo.
