About Inclusion
Inclusion is an independent organisation dedicated to promoting social justice and tackling disadvantage. We work with the public sector, voluntary organisations, business and trade unions, providing research and consultancy services and policy and strategic development support.
Work undertaken
We consider the strength of the Inclusion intern programme to be the range of tasks and responsibilities that our interns are able to undertake as part of their work. These include:
- supporting the delivery of contracted research and consultancy projects and carrying out research tasks
- assisting with policy development work
- contributing to other Inclusion outputs, such as our weekly e-briefings and monthly journal, Working Brief
- other administrative duties.
Application process
We offer three-month internships with the possible extension for an additional three months after a review. Interns are paid £57.50 a day for their work. Expenses incurred during the course of paid work are reimbursed (for example travel expenses incurred when undertaking fieldwork).
Applications due at 5pm 15 March
Interviews will be held during week commencing 22 March
Internships will start week commencing 5 April (subject to agreement with the successful candidate)
