Mike is the Non-Executive Director of Inclusion. With a particular interest in connecting welfare-to-work policy with social policy, he has collaborated with regional and local partners on the development of labour market interventions for disadvantaged groups, and was extensively involved with Jobcentre Plus in the design and roll-out of the Progress2work programme. Mike is now working with social landlords to develop employment programmes for out-of-work tenants.
Mike is the Director of the European Offenders Employment Forum and a Trustee of Building Futures.
