Research at Inclusion
Inclusion is an independent organisation committed to addressing the challenges of social exclusion and worklessness. We provide research and consultancy for central government departments and agencies, regional bodies, local authorities and providers from the voluntary and private sectors. We are seeking to recruit a Researcher and a Senior Researcher as we continue to expand our research and consultancy business.
Researcher (£25,739 to £31,646)
We are looking for a Researcher with at least 2 years’ experience in conducting social research who is keen to develop their research career further. You will have the ability to apply a broad range of social research methods, with a particularly strong background in qualitative research techniques. You will be comfortable working in teams on large-scale research projects and will have the potential to manage smaller projects.
Senior Researcher (£31,646 to £42,195)
We are looking for a Senior Researcher with at least 5 years’ experience and a proven track record in managing social research. You will have the ability to apply a broad range of social research methods, with a particularly strong background in qualitative research techniques. You will be equally comfortable managing large-scale research projects and smaller projects requiring a rapid turnaround. You will have effective client management skills and the ability to identify and develop opportunities that will enable us to expand our research and consultancy business.
For both posts you will be committed to Inclusion’s overall aim of promoting social justice and tackling disadvantage to help individuals and communities achieve economic independence.
