Below is an overview of Inclusion's completed research projects in 'equality and diversity'.

One Nottingham commissioned Inclusion to conduct research on the employment trends amongst black and minority ethnic communities in order to reduce the disparity in the employment rate in Greater Nottingham.

BME barriers to access skills, employment and enterprise services
Inclusion was commissioned by MENTER, a regional network working with ethnic minority voluntary organisations and communities, to identify the barriers that ethnic minority groups face in accessing skills, employment and enterprise services in the East of England.

Inclusion was commissioned by Jobcentre Plus to pull together existing evidence on equality and diversity issues across all aspects of the agency's business, including human resources, as well as customer benefit and employment services.

Inclusion was commissioned by the National Audit Office to carry out a three workshops designed to explore the barriers to engaging with the heritage sector experienced by black and minority ethnic groups, lower socio-economic groups and people with disabilities.

Inclusion was commissioned by the National Audit Office to examine how ethnic minority employment in the UK can be increased. This involved an analysis of the effectiveness of the Department for Work and Pensions' programmes in increasing ethnic minority employment.

Inequalities in the East Midlands
Inclusion was commissioned by the East Midlands Regional Assembly to undertake research on inequalities that exist in the East Midlands, their underlying causes, the extent of activity underway to address the inequality and examples of best practice in reducing inequalities in the region.
