Energywatch commissioned Inclusion to write a literature review that brought together current studies examining the budgetary and behavioural strategies that vulnerable, fuel-poor households employ to cope with fuel poverty and the impacts these have on welfare.

Financial inclusion amongst new migrants in Northern Ireland
In partnership with the Information Centre for Asylum Seekers and Refugees, Inclusion examined the extent, form and consequences of financial exclusion amongst new migrants in Northern Ireland and developed policy recommendations to promote future financial inclusion. The research was funded by the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation.
