Local partnership, strategy and service development
Inclusion has extensive expertise and experience in helping local partnerships and authorities to establish and then deliver on their employment and skills priorities.Our national policy work for DWP, DIUS, DCLG and other government departments and agencies places us at the cutting edge when helping local partnerships to develop, and design their own strategies and service responses.However, our work in this field always recognises the critical importance of local circumstances, needs, and relationships.We therefore pay particular attention to the processes we use when helping partnerships to determine their priorities or when reviewing service delivery to ensure local ownership of any recommendations. Our experience includes developing employment and skills strategies at the regional, sub-regional and local authority levels as well as conducting reviews of a wide range of employment and skills provision, in the public, private, and third sectors.We use a combination of quantitative and qualitatiave methods in our work, for example to assess local demand and supply factors and to engage and work with key stakeholders, including service users, in order to inform recommendations for change.
