Yvette Cooper launches tendering for FND phase 2

Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, Yvette Cooper, has launched the tendering process for the delivery of the second phase of the Flexible New Deal, and released the pre-qualification questionnaire.

Speaking at Inclusion's Welfare to Work 2009 Convention in Liverpool, the Minister also announced a personalised employment programme taking place in Thames Valley, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, and north London.
