Danielle is a Researcher at Inclusion. She has been with the organisation for three years - initially starting as an intern and progressing to Researcher.
Danielle is experienced in a range of social research methods. These include conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews, facilitating focus groups, carrying out literature and evidence reviews, and report writing.
Danielle has been involved in a number of research projects commissioned by organisations such as the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), the National Audit Office, Save the Children UK and the European Commission during her time at Inclusion.
Danielle worked on all three waves of evaluating the change in benefit eligibility for lone parents for the DWP, as well as the evaluation of In Work Credit. More recently Danielle has carried out interviews and focus groups with young adults with learning disabilities for the evaluation of Project SEARCH, an employment support initiative for young adults with learning disabilities for the Office for Disability Issues.
Danielle currently manages the London Skills and Employment Observatory, a resource pooling the wide range of existing statistics, research and information available on the current state of the London labour market.
Prior to joining Inclusion, Danielle gained skills in quantitative research methods, including the use of SPSS and Excel for data analysis, through a work placement at the National Centre for Social Research.
