Emma joined the Inclusion events team in September 2009 after studying English and Politics at the University of York.

While studying for her degree she undertook various volunteer roles and was responsible for organising college events.

Since graduating in 2008 Emma has worked with a number of organisations, including Cancer Research UK and the Royal Association of Disability and Rehabilitation.

She now has a variety of responsibilities at Inclusion, including registration and delegate management.
