Tim is Senior Researcher at Inclusion.

He has experience of designing and managing both public and private sector research projects, in particular with respect to learning and skills. Tim has worked both on large scale, multi-methodology quantitative projects, as well as qualitative projects. He has experience in analysing survey data, management information, and other databases, as well as complex qualitative data.

Prior to joining Inclusion, Tim was a Project Manager at IFF Research where he worked in the Learning and Skills team. Tim has managed large scale quantitative projects, including the National Employer Skills Survey 2009 on behalf of the UK Commission for Employment and Skills and the Learning and Skills Council, and the Destinations of Leavers from Higher Education Longitudinal Survey on behalf of the Higher Education Statistics Agency.

In addition, he has worked on complex qualitative projects, such as a recent evaluation of the enhanced nextstep careers advice service for the LSC. Tim also worked on the SSDA Employer Survey 2007, and on projects for various Sector Skills Councils, regional LSCs, and academic institutions including Harvard University and the University of Cambridge.

Tim is experienced in using SPSS.
